How This Works
1. Is This Like Rakuten?
It is similar. The BIG difference is that we are all about health, fitness and nutrition, therefore we offer unique and smaller fitness stores as well as individual vendors and fitness information products that you simply WON'T find on Rakuten...or on any other cash back or deal sites. We have personal relationships with many of these sellers, which allows us to get YOU the deals that nobody else can.
2. When and How Do I Get Paid?
You'll get paid every month that you have cash back due to you ($10 minimum).
As far as when cash back is due to you, it takes 30 days for commissions to "lock in" in most affiliate programs. This means that 30 days after your purchase, your cash back for that purchase will then be eligible to be paid out to you on the next payout date. This 30 day waiting period accounts for potential returns and refunds.
Those "locked in" cash back payouts you've earned will be sent to you on the 5th of every month via PayPal.
As an example, if you purchase something on March 18th, your cash back will "lock in" on April 18th, 30 days later, then you'll get paid out on May 5th (the next payout date).
3. What Percentage Cash Back Will I Get?
That varies depending on how much the merchants offers in their affiliate program. Some stores offer a 2% commission...for others (especially digital information products), it's as much as 50%. We then split that commission 50/50 with you. We will let you know exactly what percentage you're getting back right beside the links you click to go shopping and make your purchases.
4. What If I'm Already a Customer of One of These Stores? Do I Still Get Money Back?
This can actually vary, based on the Terms and Conditions of the store. Some stores offer a different commission rate if you're already a registered customer (e.g. 5% instead of 15%). In that case, you'll still get money back, but it will be at the rate offered by the store for a returning customer.
5. What If I'm Already on an AutoShip program?
If you're already on an auto-ship program, you would need to cancel and restart the autoshipment after clicking through the FBG link. In many cases, the store only pays a commission on the initial subscription payment, so you would only get cash back on one payment, not every recurring payment after that.
6. What Happens if I Return a Product for a Refund?
If you return a product for a refund, any cash back that would have come from that purchase will no longer be paid. It will be deducted from your cash back balance.
7. Is Cash Back Paid on Shipping and Taxes, Too?
Nope...just the total amount you paid on products or services purchased before shipping and taxes are added in.
8. Do I Have to Give You My Credit Card Information?
Not at all! We never see any of your credit card or payment information. You simply purchase through the online stores like you regularly would.

1. What If I Don't See My Favorite Store In Your List?
No problem! Click here to send us an email with the link to the store and we'll check and see if they have an affiliate program. If they do, we'll join and let you know when your link is ready to use. This can be a fast process (a few hours or days) or it may take a few weeks, depending on the responsiveness of the stores.
2. Do I Get Special Deals or Coupons?
Absolutely! Many of these stores offer coupons to affiliates for customer use. We will post these for your use in our regular newsletters and on a "Current Deals" page in the site. We also actively work with stores to get special deals for you. And the more Fitness Buyers we get together, the more collective bargaining power we're going to have and the better the deals we'll be able to get you!
3. Why Is This Service Only Available in the US and Canada?
Right now, we are only working with affiliate programs in the United States and Canada. We may expand this service to other countries, such as Australia, New Zealand and the UK, if there is demand for it. If you're from any of these areas, contact us and let us know you'd like to have this service as well.
4. How do I Set Up a PayPal Account?
If you don't currently have a PayPal account, you will need to set one up in order to get paid online. This is a very simple process that PayPal will walk you through. You will need to create a login ID and password, as well as put in some basic information.
PayPal offers a variety of ways to access your funds, e.g. bank transfer, paper check, or direct checkout with other merchants. When it's payday, your cash back will be automatically deposited into your PayPal account.
5. I See Amazon in the Stores List. Can I Buy Anything on Amazon and Still get Cash Back or Does It Have to Be Fitness Products?
